RETURN POLICY
  • We gladly accept returns of items category Nightwear's,Western Wear and Ethnic wear that are unwornunwashed, and in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. In order to receive a full refund, we ask that your returned items be intact and free of any signs of wear. Considering the intimate nature of our merchandise, Health Code Regulations prohibit us from accepting the return of any packaged nightwear that have been opened and appear tried or washed.
For, Lingerie (Bra, Bikni Sets, Panties) Innerwear, Shapewear, Babydoll and other apparel are labeled as non-returnable items & No Exchange due to hygiene concerns. 
Exchangeable Goods  : Only Bra can be exchanged if you not find right size, within 7
days on delivery and items are are unwornunwashed, and in their original packaging.
Panties & babydoll items are non returnable and non-exchangeable items due to hygiene concerns.

REFUND IF APPLICABLE

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your REFUND is approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, within a 7-15 working days.

 

 WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUNDS ?

Your refund will be completed as per the below mentioned timelines. Please note, that the refunds are dependent on external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).

Debit card/credit card/netbanking 7-15 working days from the refund initiation date
NEFT transfer 7-15 working days from the refund initiation date
Fasense Voucher Within - 12 working hours

 


IF YOU PAID THROUGH CASH ON DELIVERY HOW YOU WILL GET YOUR REFUND ?

If the mode of payment was cash on delivery (COD), We will initiate a NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. Fasense Team will contact you for your bank account details. It normally takes 7-15 days for your money to get reflected in your bank account. You may also choose to have the amount refunded as Fasense (Gift Voucher) so you can purchase any product from Fasense.com without any hassles.
Once you agree for NEFT refund, you will receive an email from Fasense customer support team asking for Bank Name, Account Number, Account Holder’s name, IFSC code and Location of the bank. We initiate refund process as soon as we receive the details from you and it takes 7-15 working days for the money to be credited to your account.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Deal / Promotional items cannot be refunded.

 


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card Or Banking company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Or contact your bank there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@fasense.com

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to
give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. In Exchange, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
